CEO & Publisher
Ed has managed over $6 billion dollars of client engagements in over 40 countries during his career. Prior to Bold Business, Ed served as Chairman and CEO of publicly traded Butler International for 23 years. Butler served a wide array of industries worldwide with many sophisticated turnkey assignments. A prolific writer and commentator, he also served as the publisher of Chief Executive Magazines, and has written for the Wall Street Journal, Forbes and many more media outlets. He has also appeared on CNBC, Fox, MSNBC and other venues. Ed is a graduate from Columbia University with a Masters in Economics.
EVP & Associate Publisher
Brings visionary leadership style and talent as an international speaker to Bold Business. He is best known for his experience and knowledge regarding digital media and technology, business intelligence, innovation, and block chain. John headed digital strategy at Catalina Marketing as CTO and global head of operations and currently leads tech, healthcare and media investments at Virgo Investment Group, and has built the number one social brand at Dell as CIO. Miles is active on Twitter, has been published in a variety of media, and has delivered Key Notes at venues such as SalesForce’s DreamForce Conference and Oracle Open World.

Dawna is an author of 8 books, entrepreneur and motivational speaker. Dawna believes her Wall Street finance experience and Fortune 500 consulting background catapulted her entrepreneurial success. Dawna launched the award-winning national magazine, Women’s Running, in 2004 and the Women’s Half Marathon Series in 2009. She sold both companies in 2012. Dawna appears regularly on TV and has been on The Today Show, MARTHA, MSNBC and news programs on NBC, CBS, ABC and FOX. She hosted her own radio show on Sirius Satellite Radio and regularly writes for popular magazines and websites. Dawna is also a highly sought after speaker and has done speaking engagements for Chobani yogurt, American Heart Association, Mass Mutual, Wharton Business School, Women’s Entertainment Television, the PGA Tour, Disney, Super Bowl Leadership Forum, Susan G. Komen and many more. Dawna has an undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley and an MBA from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA.

Jim brings over 20 years of marketing, marketing technology and information systems experience to Bold Business. Jim was previously Director of Digital Marketing at Nicopure Labs where he managed all of the company’s digital channels, and developed and implemented digital strategies. Prior to this role, he was a Director of Marketing Systems and Applications at Bisk Education, providing strategic and operational leadership to the company’s 140-person team of marketers. Jim was also Vice President of Marketing at Butler International with oversight of both the company’s marketing and those of Chief Executive magazine.
