Answer: There is no startup fee! Just sign up for the plan that fits your needs and you’re all set!

Question: What kind of outbound calls can you do?
Answer: If you engage in our Bold Elite service, you can utilize outbound calls for a variety of tasks, including appointment-setting, credential-verification follow-up, and more.

Question: Do you handle scriptwriting? Can I provide my own scripts?
Answer: We can provide scriptwriting services, or you can provide your own scripts. If you sign up for a year subscription, you get up to a 15-question script for free; if you sign up for our month-to-month payment option, we can provide scriptwriting services for an additional fee.

Question: If I already have my own phone number, how does this work?
Answer: We can port your phone number into the system so the call will get directed to us. This is done during the first phase of implementation.

Question: Do I get one specific person answering my phone or do I get a call center?
Answer: We have a team of customer service reps who answer the phones and chat. All of them are highly trained will be equipped to answer any of your customers’ queries.
