Bold has a reputation for hiring the best in the world, and we take pride in our rigorous selection process. We receive hundreds of applications daily, but only the top 1% of applicants are accepted to work with us. To become a Staff Member, candidates must undergo a thorough recruitment process that includes screening for soft skills and potential. They also take personality, cognitive, and English tests and receive immersive training on real-world tasks like calendar, travel, and inbox management. By working with Bold, you can be confident that you’re partnering with a Staff Member who has been carefully selected and trained to help you achieve your goals and your highest potential.
Your Staff Member undergoes extensive training to ensure that they are equipped to handle almost any task that comes their way. This includes remote classroom work, apprenticeship, shadow sessions with our own staff and other  high-performing, experienced Staff Members, and ongoing, one-to-one mentorship from their operations manager. We believe in providing our talent with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed, which is why we offer continuing education opportunities to elevate their skill sets over time.
Your Staff Member works 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with two consecutive days off. However, you can discuss your preferences with your Staff Member to determine a schedule that works best for you. If your workload consistently exceeds 40 hours per week, we recommend bringing on an additional virtual talent to ensure that your needs are being met. Our goal is to provide you with the support you need to maximize your productivity and achieve your goals.
We offer a Virtual Talent Service that provides you with a dedicated Staff Member who works 40+ hours a week (170+ hours per month) for $3,000 per month. In addition, we also offer a chief of staff service for $6,000 per month. Our pricing includes extensive training and continued education for your Staff Member to ensure they are equipped to handle any task that comes their way. We also provide you with best practices to help you optimize your productivity and reach your goals. You have the flexibility to cancel your contract at any time.
We provide all Virtual Talent with a computer and access to OpenPhone. These tools allow your Staff Member to stay connected and accessible to you at all times, and ensure that they have the resources they need to effectively manage your workload. In addition, we encourage Virtual Talent to use any additional tools or software that will help them optimize their productivity and efficiency. We work with our Staff Members to identify the best tools for their unique needs and provide ongoing support to ensure that they are using these tools effectively.
We prioritize security, privacy, and confidentiality for all of our clients. To ensure that your information is protected, we have a Chief Customer Security Officer on staff, and all Virtual Talent undergoes a comprehensive third-party background check, including character references and employment verification. To maintain the highest level of security, we review and update our security and privacy policies regularly. All of our Virtual Talent receives training on these policies during and after their initial onboarding, and we require annual Information Security Awareness Training for all employees. We understand that your privacy and confidentiality are of the utmost importance, and we take every measure possible to ensure that your information is secure and protected at all times.
