Overview:
Provides frontline technical support and manages core IT systems to ensure the availability, security, and efficiency of hardware, software, and user environments.

- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Configure and maintain endpoints, servers, and IT assets across the organization.
- Manage Active Directory, email systems, and user account provisioning.
- Troubleshoot operating system, application, and access-related issues.
- Support IT projects including system upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.
- Maintain documentation for IT processes, policies, and troubleshooting guides.
