I am an HR professional with 8 years of experience and over a decade in leadership, specializing in building HR foundations for start-ups and scaling organizations. My expertise spans policy and process improvement, labor relations and compliance, training and development, employee engagement, and supporting start-up companies from the ground up across industries including retail, publishing, education, and outsourcing. Currently serving as HR Director at Bold Business, I lead both local and international teams driving initiatives in compliance, engagement, and process improvement.
Notably, before joining Bold, I led HR at one of the Philippines’ biggest gifts and novelties brands, and earlier supported workforce operations at a leading publishing company.
