Overview:
Designs, implements, and maintains enterprise network and telecommunications infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable connectivity across systems, locations, and devices.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and configure LAN/WAN networks, switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Maintain VoIP, unified communications, and telephony systems.
• Monitor network performance, security, and uptime using network management tools.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, bandwidth, and configuration issues.
• Implement network segmentation, QoS, and security policies.
• Support scalability for cloud, remote work, and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for network upgrades and troubleshooting.
