Overview:
Supports project teams in coordinating schedules, documentation, and communications from pre-construction through project execution.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist with bid preparation, RFIs, submittals, and procurement processes.
- Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and logistics with stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, and communication logs.
- Track project deliverables, deadlines, and material submittals.
- Support construction teams with administrative and coordination tasks.
- Facilitate issue resolution between field teams, vendors, and consultants.
