Overview:
Creates high-quality 3D renderings, animations, and technical shop drawings to support design, marketing, and construction coordination.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Produce photorealistic renderings and animations using 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar tools.
  • Develop detailed shop drawings for fabrication or installation approval.
  • Translate design concepts into visual presentations for clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model accuracy.
  • Support marketing materials and project presentations with visual assets.
  • Maintain model and drawing libraries for standardization and reuse.

Estimator (Construction / MEP / Interior)

Overview:
Prepares accurate project cost estimates, budgets, and quantity takeoffs for construction, MEP systems, or interior design scopes.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop cost estimates.
  • Perform quantity takeoffs using digital tools like Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or Excel.
  • Obtain pricing from subcontractors, suppliers, and market databases.
  • Prepare bid proposals, value engineering options, and cost breakdowns.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and procurement teams.
  • Update and maintain historical cost data for future project benchmarking. 

Interior Designer (CAD/BIM Capable)

Overview:
Plans and designs interior environments, blending aesthetics, functionality, and technical detailing. Utilizes CAD/BIM tools for precise documentation and coordination.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop interior design concepts, space plans, and finish selections.
  • Produce detailed interior drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM platforms.
  • Coordinate interior layouts with architectural, MEP, and structural teams.
  • Specify furnishings, materials, and lighting aligned with project standards.
  • Create visual presentations and mood boards for client approval.
  • Support FF&E procurement, submittals, and installation coordination.

Pre-Construction & Construction Project Coordinator

Overview:
Supports project teams in coordinating schedules, documentation, and communications from pre-construction through project execution.

Core Responsibilities:
