Bold Business CEO Ed Kopko, formerly the CEO of Butler International and publisher of Chief Executive Magazine, has spent decades transforming global workforces into accessible service platforms that enable businesses to scale and grow. His partnerships have included telecommunications giants and expanding startups, and all have leveraged his outsourcing expertise and assets to improve their customer interactions.
Mike is a senior executive with experience delivering complex projects spanning design, implementation and support, and has worked in telecom and large enterprise environments for over 25 years. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, he is a proven leader with the ability to organize and motivate teams in the delivery of outstanding customer service, and in his current roles as SVP at Bold Business, he is responsible for the delivery of all client services.
Bob is a sales and operations executive with a successful career spanning over 20 years in the technology industry. A U.S. Army veteran, Bob specializes in the telecommunications sector, and maintains strong and dynamic relationships with a number of industry giants, leveraging his organizational and leadership expertise into client success.
George Georgiou has a 30-year track record as a preeminent leader of professional, customer-centric organizations and as a communications industry expert. A senior executive with experience managing global business units with substantial P&L’s, he’s a sales oriented leader with vast experience in building and maintaining organizational stability and performing to beyond expectations. In his current role as Senior Vice President at Bold Business, he is responsible for Telecom clients and associated revenues
Drei brings with her 19 years of experience within the BPO industry. She has worn different hats ranging from Operations, Quality and Customer Experience, Analytics, Managed Services and Client Services.
Drei is an accomplished change champion. She spearheaded the launch of a standardized coaching program which was ultimately adopted by her previous organization globally. She successfully productized Speech and Text Analytics and generated new revenue streams and helped build better client engagements. She also taught Six Sigma Yellow Belt classes and mentored students throughout their certification.
Dustin Johnson is the Head of Finance & HR at Bold Business. Dustin believes that finance and HR are internal customer service teams meant to better strengthen an organization and increase employee retention and satisfaction. He has 10+ years of experience consulting for startups to fortune 500 companies in multiple sectors from tech to healthcare. When not working he is spending time boating in Tampa Bay or helping raise his 7 kiddos!
Brandon Connor is the Director of BPO Operations at Bold Business. Brandon specializes in designing systems to accelerate performance and work procedures while effectively managing and building high-performing teams. In his free time, he likes to hike, rock climb, and spend time with his family.
Lenore is currently the Head of Business Development at Bold Business. Lenore has over 20 years of experience providing capital to growth companies, enabling small and middle-market firms to scale, optimize cash flow, and fuel innovation. She has raised over $3B in capital from institutional and family office investors and has led investments exceeding $10B in alternative asset managers and direct deals.
Prior to Bold, Lenore was the Managing Director of Capital Markets at Ledger Investing, an Insurtech platform bringing institutional investors to the reinsurance market. Prior to that she was the global head of Sales at Gotham Green Partners, a consumer focused Private Equity firm, and was a Senior Portfolio Manager at JP Morgan, managing over $10B in private equity and private credit portfolios.
Lenore is a Brown University graduate, where she serves as co-Chair of her Class and remains active in alumni affairs. She is Series 7 and 63 registered.
